KUALA LUMPUR: Kerajaan dijangka akan memperkenalkan reformasi besar dalam sektor perumahan negara, dengan kemungkinan untuk mewajibkan pelaksanaan konsep 'bina dahulu, jual kemudian' atau BTS (Build-Then-Sell) bagi melindungi pembeli daripada risiko projek perumahan terbengkalai.
